Two carburetors K68Y K68Y-01 RUILI (left and right) for URAL DNEPR 650cc motorcycles. The model K68Y have advanced design, excellent technical characteristics and give better result than standard carburetors K63 / K301-302. The K68Y is one-barrel carburetor with horizontal stream of air-fuel mixture, ellipse-shape throat, cylindrical throttle, central float chamber, and with protective electro-plating of parts. K68Y carburetor body is made of aluminum alloy.

K-68 TYPE CARBURETORS:

provide the reliable start of cold and hot engine;

provide the max. power, the max. torque, the min. idling rotation frequency and the fuel consumption according to engine specifications;

meet the requirements of OST 37.001.262-83 about toxicity of exhaust gases;

provide the stable engine operation at all modes.

MAIN UNITS AND METERING SYSTEM:

supply and fuel constant level support system with the lever floating mechanism and the fuel valve separable seat;

the idling system with the air-fuel mixture composition and quantity control;

the main metering system with the air-fuel mixture composition control;

the system to start and warm up the engine with the manual drive; the device to sink the float;

the devices for fixation of the throttle needle position in the axial and radial directions;

the device to attach the gas wire and the throttle coaxially;

union and the float chamber cooling channels.
